Berliner Wirtschaftskraft: Resilient und sexy?

Abstract

Als einzige Hauptstadt Europas hatte Berlin lange Zeit eine Pro-Kopf-Wirtschaftsleistung, die teils deutlich unter dem landesweiten Durchschnitt lag. Erst in den letzten Jahren änderte sich dies. Dass die Pandemie diese Entwicklung nicht wieder umgekehrt hat, ist besonders erstaunlich vor dem Hintergrund der Abhängigkeit Berlins von dem vom Lockdown gebeutelten Dienstleistungsgewerbe.
