Den Corona-Stress in der Logistik senken

Abstract

Die Corona-Pandemie bedeutet auch für die Logistik eine Stresssituation. Sie muss trotz Lieferausfällen und Grenzschließungen die Versorgung der Bevölkerung aufrechterhalten und auch für den Moment bereitstehen, an dem die Produktion wieder hochgefahren wird. Diese Herausforderungen treffen aber auf eine Branche, in der vor der Krise bereits vieles auf Kante genäht war. Fachkräfte fehlten an zentralen Stellen des Logistiksektors, etwa Fahrpersonal und Fachkräfte in der zentralen Verkehrssteuerung. Diese Engpässe senken jetzt die Resilienz des Gesamtsystems. Vor diesem Hintergrund sind Maßnahmen sinnvoll, die das Stresslevel für die Logistiker reduzieren. Nach guten Entscheidungen auf nationaler Ebene, müssen jetzt auch für den grenzüberschreitenden Verkehr Lösungen gefunden werden.
