Fachkräftemangel bei Hochqualifizierten wieder über Vor-Corona-Niveau

Abstract

Die Corona-Krise hat zu einem Nachfrageeinbruch am Arbeitsmarkt geführt. Seit Mitte letzten Jahres steigt die Fachkräftelücke jedoch bereits wieder an, vor allem bei Hochqualifizierten: Hier fehlen seit Mai 2021 bereits wieder mehr Fachkräfte als vor der Krise. Langfristig rückt jedoch der Mangel an Fachkräften mit Ausbildung in den Fokus.
