Abstract

Die Immobilienunternehmen wissen um ihre gute Lage und streben danach, die aktuellen günstigen konjunkturellen Rahmenbedingungen voll auszuschöpfen. Weiterhin erwartet die große Mehrheit steigende Preise und Mieten für ihre Immobilien. Ein Rekordwert erreicht die Absicht der Unternehmen, ihre Bestände auszuweiten. Gleichzeitig gehen nun deutlich mehr von zukünftig schlechteren Finanzierungsbedingungen durch höhere Zinsen aus.
