Abstract

Die Corona Pandemie hatte im Frühjahr 2020 zu nationalen Egoismen unter den EU-Mitgliedsstaaten geführt. Aus Angst vor der Ausbreitung von Virusmutationen führte Deutschland am 14.02. erneut einseitig Binnengrenzkontrollen zu Österreich und Tschechien ein. Ein Vorgehen, welches weit über die deutschen Grenzen hinaus Folgen für den Güterverkehr hat, da Deutschland das logistische Herz Europas darstellt.
