New Work: Neue Arbeitswelten, neue Chancen? Beschäftigteninteressen mit zukunftsorientierten Arbeitsformen verbinden

Abstract

Binnen kurzer Zeit avancierte New Work befördert durch die Corona-Pandemie in vielen Unternehmen zum neuen (Mode-)Thema. New Work, Next Work, New Normal, Arbeit 4.0 sind in aller Munde und fassen unterschiedliche Methoden und Konzepte zusammen: agile Arbeit, Schwarmorganisation, Scrum, mobile Telearbeit, Homeoffice, neue Büroraumkonzepte, Desksharing, digitale Kommunikations- und Kollaborationstools, Microsoft Office 365. Vorträge und Unternehmenspräsentationen zeigen glückliche Mitarbeitende in flexiblen, zeitgemäßen und digitalen Arbeitswelten sowie erfolgreiche Unternehmen. Die Mitbestimmungspraxis stellt vier Beispiele aus der Praxis vor. Diese zeigen, wie Betriebsräte eingreifen können, damit sich solche Angebote nicht ins Gegenteil verkehren und zu höheren Belastungen führen. Damit aus New Work auch in der Praxis gute Arbeit wird, müssen die Veränderungen beteiligungsorientiert gestaltet werden.
