Abstract

Die vorliegende Mitbestimmungsreihe umfasst vier Portraits von Betrieben im digitalen Transformationsprozess. Anhand der Ergebnisse aus vier Interviews mit Interessenvertreterinnen und -vertreter werden Beispiele zur positiven Gestaltung von Mitbestimmungsprozessen erläutert und die sozialpartnerschaftliche Ausgestaltung des digitalen Wandels mit Qualifizierungsprojekten veranschaulicht. Die zentralen Aussagen lauten: - Um den Transformationsprozess erfolgreich zu gestalten, müssen seine Folgen möglichst offen und ehrlich mit allen Beschäftigten kommuniziert werden. - Transformation und Digitalisierung funktionieren am besten mitbestimmt. - Regelungen zur gemeinsamen Vorgehensweise unter Beteiligung der Gesamtbelegschaft führen zu einer hohen Akzeptanz für Veränderungsprozesse. - Das Bewusstsein für die Erforderlichkeit von Maßnahmen der Qualifizierung ist gewachsen. - Um neue Prozesse und Strukturen zu erlernen, bedarf es moderner, innovativer, passgenauer und nachhaltiger Fort- und Weiterbildungskonzepte.
