Abstract

Die Mitbestimmungsakteure in vier Mobilitätsunternehmen wurden bei der Umsetzung der sozial-ökologischen Transformation begleitet. Daraus entstanden zahlreiche Empfehlungen und Instrumente für die Praxis des Transformationsprozesses: Wie und inwieweit sollten die Rollen in der Mitbestimmung weiterentwickelt werden? Wie ist mit den Ängsten vieler Beschäftigter bezüglich der Transformation umzugehen? Antworten auf diese Fragen liefern die Projekterfahrungen. Sie zeigen, wie Angebote zur Beteiligung die Mitarbeitenden motivieren, Veränderungen aktiv mitzugestalten. Denn Ziel ist es, die ökologischen Anforderungen der Transformation sozialverträglich umzusetzen.
