Von der Traditionellen zur Nachhaltigen Ökonomie

Abstract

Das Working Paper beschäftigt sich mit der Entwicklung von der Traditionellen Ökonomie hin zu einer Nachhaltigen Ökonomie. Hierzu werden den neoklassischen Aussagen die Positionen der Nachhaltigen Ökonomie gegenübergestellt. Die Traditionelle Ökonomie versucht mit Hilfe von (einfachen) Modellen und Annahmen die komplexen sozial-ökonomischen Handlungsweisen der volkswirtschaftlichen Akteure zu erklären. Diese versagen jedoch bei der Lösung der globalen Probleme des 21. Jahrhunderts. Aus diesem Grund werden Vorschläge für die vollständige Reform des volkswirtschaftlichen Lehrgebäudes vorgestellt und erörtert, wie die Volkswirtschaft in Zukunft einen Beitrag zu einem nachhaltigen Umbau der Industriegesellschaft leisten kann.
