Abstract

Die Perspektiven, die hier aufzuzeigen sind, beziehen sich auf die Entwicklung der Weltwirtschaft. Die Aufgabe verlangt eine Retrospektive und dazu den Versuch, die Gegenwartslage so zu erfassen, daß die Kräfte des Antriebs und der Regeneration in den wichtigsten Regionen ins Blickfeld gelangen, aber auch die Hemmnisse und Beharrungstendenzen, die hier und dort am Wirken sind. Zu diesen Tendenzen gehört, auch die Wirtschaftspolitik, mög1icherweise sogar das Denken im Bereich der Wirtschaftswissenschaft.
