Gesamtwirtschaftliche und unternehmerische Anpassungsprozesse in Ostdeutschland: Erster Bericht

Abstract

In dem vorliegenden Bericht befassen wir uns vorwiegend mit der Industrie, dem Baugewerbe und den Dienstleistungen; die Untersuchungen sollen künftig auch die Land- und Energiewirtschaft umfassen. Im Falle der Dienstleistungen sind wir, anders als bei Industrie und Baugewerbe, näher auf die Bedingungen des alten Systems eingegangen, weil hier die Informationsdefizite besonders groß gewesen sind Die Institute legen auch Kerndaten einer volkswirtschaftlichen Gesamtrechnung für Ostdeutschland vor. Sie sind sich bewußt, daß diese Daten auch für die Jahre 1989 und 1990 sehr unsicher sind, für das Jahr 1991 stellen sie lediglich ein Szenario dar. Die Institute wollen mit diesen Daten für den Leser nachvollziehbar aufzeigen, was sie ihren Überlegungen in quantitativer Hinsicht zugrunde gelegt haben.
