Zum strukturellen Budgetdefizit im Jahr 2022 und den Vorgaben der Schuldenbremse

Abstract

Für das Jahr 2021 und 2022 rechnen wir mit Defiziten bei den strukturellen Finanzierungssalden, die über der im Fiskalpakt festgelegten Marke von 0,5 Prozent in Relation zum Bruttoinlandsprodukt liegen. Für das Jahr 2021 ist die Bindewirkung der europäischen Grenzwerte ausgesetzt und zudem rechnen wir bei der hier prognostizierten Überschreitung auch nicht mit einer Sanktion im Rahmen der Europäischen Haushaltsüberwachung für das Jahr 2022.
