Budgetwirkungen der griechischen Schuldenkrise

Abstract

Die aktuelle Modifikation des zweiten Anpassungsprogramms hat zu einer Diskussion über die Budgetwirkungen der griechischen Schuldenkrise geführt. Die gesamten ökonomischen Wirkungen der griechischen Schuldenkrise und der Rettungspakete auf die öffentlichen Haushalte in Deutschland lassen sich vermutlich nicht bestimmen. Zum einen ist unklar, welches Referenzszenario für eine solche Berechnung angenommen werden muss, und zum anderen dürfte es kaum möglich sein, Effekte der griechischen Schuldenkrise und der Rettungspakete auf das allgemeine Zinsniveau, auf die Bonität Deutschlands und auf die Konjunktur zu ermitteln.
