Evaluierung verschiedener Konjunkturindikatoren für das Bruttoinlandsprodukt in Brasilien und China

Abstract

Die Bedeutung der gesamtwirtschaftlichen Entwicklung in den großen aufstrebenden Volkswirtschaften, insbesondere Brasilien, Russland, Indien und China (BRIC) hat sich in den vergangenen Jahren merklich erhöht. Gemessen auf der Basis von Kaufkraftparitäten machten die BRIC-Länder im Jahr 2011 über ein Viertel der weltweiten Produktion aus. Betrachtet man die Zuwachsraten für die Weltproduktion, so trugen die BRIC-Länder zuletzt sogar mehr als 50 Prozent dazu bei, gegenüber rund 25 Prozent im Jahr 2000. Vor diesem Hintergrund erhöhte sich auch die Bedeutung dieser Ländergruppe als Handelspartner für die fortgeschrittenen Industrieländer kontinuierlich.
