Rationalisierungsregime und Interaktionsordnungen der Dienstleistungsarbeit

Abstract

Interaktionsarbeit ist bisher in der Arbeits- und Dienstleistungsforschung sowie in Public Health noch unzureichend mit Blick auf ihre gesundheitlichen Implikationen erforscht. Zudem mangelt es an Konzepten ihrer gesundheitsförderlichen Gestaltung. Vor diesem Hintergrund wird in diesem Beitrag - vor allem im Anschluss an die Arbeiten Erving Goffmans - das Rahmenkonzept der Interaktionsordnungen interaktiver Dienstleistungsarbeit entwickelt sowie anhand empirischer Befunde zu ambulanten haushaltsnahen Diensten und der agilen IT-Dienstleistung exemplarisch verdeutlicht. Hierbei wird der Zusammenhang zwischen Rationalisierungsregimes und Interaktionsordnungen der Dienstleistungsarbeit auf betrieblicher Ebene beleuchtet. Zugleich wird verdeutlicht, dass der Gestaltung betrieblicher Interaktionsordnungen eine Schlüsselrolle für eine gesundheitsförderliche Ausrichtung interaktiver Dienstleistungsarbeit zukommt.
