Governance der Politikberatung in der deutschen Rentenpolitik. Bestandsaufnahme und Systematisierung

Abstract

Das politische System der Bundesrepublik Deutschland hat in den letzten Jahren einen massiven Wandel seiner Regierungs- und Steuerungsfähigkeit erfahren, der im politikwissenschaftlichen Diskurs als neue Form der "Governance" beschrieben wird. Eine Erscheinungsform des konstatierten Wandels ist die zunehmende Ausdifferenzierung der politischen Akteursvielfalt, die sich auch in der Intensivierung der Politikberatung widerspiegelt. Bezogen auf das Politikfeld Alterssicherung liegen bislang nur vereinzelte Informationen darüber vor, welche Akteure und Organisationen in diesem Bereich Politikberatung betreiben und als Teil der "rentenpolitischen Governance" charakterisiert werden können. Um das bestehende Informationsdefizit abzubauen, wird auf Basis einer empirischen Erhebung eine Bestandsaufnahme der Beratungslandschaft in der deutschen Rentenpolitik erarbeitet, die Schlussfolgerungen im Hinblick auf die Struktur und die Problemlösungsfähigkeit der rentenpolitischen Governance in Deutschland erlauben.
