Elektromobilität: Hype oder nachhaltige Mobilitätslösung für Städte und Regionen?

    Abstract

    Aktuell steht Elektromobilität als Hype auf nahezu jeder Tagesordnung. Allerdings führt die fragmentierte Förderung in Milliardenhöhe auf regionaler, nationaler und europäischer Ebene zu Redundanzen. Ganzheitliche grüne Mobilitätslösungen eingebettet in regionale und urbane Strukturen bilden einen Lösungsansatz. Im Fokus muss der Nutzer stehen und nicht die Technologie, um einen Paradigmenwechsel vom Fahrzeugbesitz zur effizienten Fahrzeugnutzung zu realisieren. Neue Strategien intelligenter Spezialisierung sowie der Ausbau regionaler Kompetenzen und die frühzeitige Einbindung der Akteure sind zwingend erforderlich. Transparenz und Ressourcenbündelung über Stadt- und Regionsgrenzen hinaus sind unabdingbar zur Realisierung nachhaltiger Mobilitätslösungen. Ein europäisches Elektromobilitätsverzeichnis soll mehr Transparenz schaffen und regionale Entscheidungsträger, Investoren und Unternehmen unterstützen. --
