Berufliche Bildung und regionaler Strukturwandel: Potenziale und Herausforderungen am Beispiel der Initiative Bioökonomie-REVIER im Rheinischen Revier

Abstract

Das Rheinische Revier gestaltet den Strukturwandel von der Braunkohle hin zu einer auf Nachhaltigkeit ausgerichteten Kreislaufwirtschaft in der Bioökonomie. Für diesen Wandel sind neue Wege in der beruflichen Bildung und die Weiterentwicklung der regionalen Kompetenz- und Qualifizierungslandschaft essenziell. Bioökonomische Innovationen und Geschäftsfelder haben bereits vielfach Einzug in die Qualifizierungslandschaft des Rheinischen Reviers gefunden. Vordergründig jedoch im naturwissenschaftlich-technischen Bereich und stärker im akademischen als im nicht-akademischen Bildungssektor. Für den Strukturwandel sind neue Berufschancen, Berufswege und Karrierepfade in der Bioökonomie zum einen sichtbar zu machen. Zum anderen zeigt sich die Notwendigkeit für neue Bildungs- und Qualifizierungsallianzen im Zusammenspiel von Wissenschaft, Berufsschulen, Betrieben und regionalen Akteuren der Arbeitsmarktpolitik und Qualifizierungsanbietern. In einem sich so rapide entwickelnden Innovationsfeld wie der Bioökonomie ist die zeitnahe Anpassung von Qualifizierungsangeboten im Zusammenspiel mit den Betrieben essenziell. Damit dies gelingen kann, ist ein systematischer und kontinuierlicher Austausch von Wissenschaft, Wirtschaft, Bildungsträgern und Sozialpartnern gefragt. Durch ein regionales, arbeitsplatznahes Bildungs- und Qualifizierungsmonitorings kann dieser Prozess
