Abstract

Житнице Востока, а именно России, Украине и Казахстану, обладающим громадным земельным и урожайным потенциалом, приписывается все большее значение для мировых рынков зерна. Однако, нецелесообразная рыночная и торговая политика, низкая продуктивность в сельском хозяйстве, а также недостатки сбытовой инфраструктуры не дают в полной мере раскрыть производственный и рыночный потенциал региона. Для реализации этих скрытых возможностей необходимо отдать предпочтение отвечающим требованиям рынка и экспортно ориентированным политическим мерам, а также стимулировать значительные ивестиции в территориальную и производственную инфраструктуру.
