Abstract

"Дискуссионные материалы" анализируют изменение эффективности и общей продуктивности факторов (англ. total factor productivity, TFP) крупных сельскохозяйственных предприятий Украины в период перехода к рыночной экономике. В данном случае эффективность рассчитывается с помощью анализа оболочки данных (англ. data envelopment analysis, DEA), а изменение продуктивности - с помощью Малмквист-индекса изменения общей продуктивности факторов (англ. Malmquist productivity change index, MPI) в период времени между 1990 и 1999 годами. В среднем, общая продуктивность факторов уменьшалась на 6 % ежегодно и, в целом, снизилась на 42 %. Главной причиной этого стало довольно значительное снижение технической эффективности. В то же время, наблюдается большое разнообразие среди отдельных сельскохозяйственных предприятий, а следовательно, и широкое их распределение в зависимости от значений эффективности, что и показывает существование различий между сельскохозяйственными предприятиями относительно их экономической деятельности. Регрессионный анализ по методу Тобита применяется для определения детерминантов эффективности, таких как тип и размер с/х предприятий, исходная позиция и правовая форма.
