Der Transformationsprozeß in der polnischen Ernährungsindustrie von 1989 bis 1995

Abstract

Nach 45 Jahren Zentralverwaltungswirtschaft setzte in der polnischen Ökonomie und Gesellschaft der Transformationsprozeß hin zur Marktwirtschaft ein. 1989/1990 entschied sich Polen als erstes Land Mittelosteuropas zu radikalen Reformen, die sowohl Maßnahmen zur makroökonomischen Stabilisierung als auch zum marktwirtschaftlichen Umbau des Wirtschaftssystems umfaßten. Im erheblichen Maße war die verarbeitende Industrie Polens vom Restrukturisierungsprozeß betroffen. Diese Arbeit analysiert die Transformationen innerhalb der polnischen Ernährungsindustrie mit dem Schwerpunkt auf Privatisierung und betriebsinternen und -externen Strukturwandel. Die wichtigsten Etappen sowie Ergebnisse des Anpassungsprozesses der polnischen Ernährungsindustrie an marktwirtschaftliche Bedingungen werden dargestellt.
