Werteorientierung als relevanter Erfolgsfaktor für Unternehmen im Zeitalter des Societing

Abstract

Die Ausarbeitung unter oben stehendem Titel betrachtet die Bedeutung einer Werteorientierung als Erfolgsfaktor für Unternehmen. Dabei wird das Thema in die aktuellen gesellschaftlichen Entwicklungen gebettet, die sich für Unternehmen in dem Verhalten der Konsumenten manifestieren und zu dem Begriff Societing führen. Es soll herausgestellt werden, warum Werteorientierung Unternehmen erfolgreich sein lässt und wie man Werte erfolgreich in die unternehmerische Arbeit einfließen lassen kann.
