Kann politische Macht gegen die Gesetze der Globalisierung regieren? Eine kritische Analyse am Beispiel Deutschlands

Abstract

Der Begriff "Globalisierung" wird in der Regel sehr emotional diskutiert. Einige betrachten die Globalisierung als einen positiven Prozess, der wichtig und unvermeidbar für die zukünftige Entwicklung der Weltwirtschaft ist. Bei anderen überwiegen eher Argwohn und Angst. Sie befürchten, dass sich die Ungleichgewichte innerhalb der und zwischen den Ländern im Zuge der Globalisierung vergrößern, dass Beschäftigung, Lebensstandard und sozialer Fortschritt gefährdet sind. Vor allem in Deutschland wird die Globalisierung eher als Bedrohung denn als Chance begriffen. Somit stellt sich die Frage, ob die politische Macht bei der Durchsetzung ihrer Maßnahmen gegen die ökonomischen Gesetze der Globalisierung regieren kann. Es wird gezeigt, dass dies nicht der Fall ist, welche Konsequenzen aus den staatlichen Eingriffen zu erwarten sind und welche alternativen Lösungsstrategien zur Verfügung stehen.
