Abstract

Neben stationären Einrichtungen und der Versorgung durch ambulante Praxen bieten auch Einrichtungen der ambulanten Psychiatrie Leistungen für psychisch Kranke an. Die Ausgestaltung und Entwicklung dieser Einrichtungen ist in hohem Maße von externen Einflussfaktoren bestimmt; die Branche gilt als strukturell und finanziell fragmentiert. Die Studie untersucht die Auswirkungen der komplexen Rahmenbedingungen auf Arbeit und Beschäftigung. Beleuchtet werden Arbeits- und Beschäftigungsbedingungen, Digitalisierung, Mitbestimmung und Geschäftsstrategien in Einrichtungen der ambulanten Psychiatrie.
