Branchenanalyse Getränkeindustrie: Marktentwicklung und Beschäftigung in der Brauwirtschaft und in der Erfrischungsgetränke- und Mineralbrunnenindustrie

Abstract

Die Studie gibt einen Überblick über Markt- und Konsumtrends in der Getränkeindustrie und analysiert Entwicklungen bei Arbeit und Beschäftigung. In den Coronajahren 2020 und 2021 gingen die Umsätze der Brauwirtschaft um fast ein Zehntel zurück; im Bereich alkoholfreier Erfrischungsgetränke und Wässer fiel der Rückgang moderater aus. Bei den Betriebszahlen zeigt sich kein auffälliger 'Coronaeffekt', aber die Zahl der Beschäftigten in der Brauwirtschaft nahm deutlich ab. Nach dem Wegfall der coronabedingten Einschränkungen zog der Konsum im Außer-Haus-Markt wieder an, doch die stark gestiegenen Preise für Energie und Rohstoffe stellen die Unternehmen vor neue Herausforderungen.
