Ausbildungsqualität in Betrieben: Welchen Beitrag leistet die betriebliche Mitbestimmung?

Abstract

In der Praxis bedeutet "gute Ausbildung" das Erreichen beruflicher Handlungsfähigkeit und betrieblicher Passung, wobei Betriebsräte ergebnisbezogene Aspekte von Ausbildung positiv beeinflussen. Die multimethodale Studie zum Einfluss von Betriebsräten auf die Ausbildungsqualität stellt diese Relevanz der Outputqualität heraus. Die auf gemeinsamen Motiven und Standards beruhende Zusammenarbeit betrieblicher Akteure scheint zu bedingen, dass Betriebsräte über ihre Sicherungsfunktion hinaus keine Interventionsnotwendigkeit sehen, es sei denn, die Ausbildung im Betrieb ist gefährdet.
