Abstract

Berufliche Auf- und Abstiege beeinflussen die Gesundheit von Beschäftigten - das wissen wir aus internationalen Studien. Besteht der Zusammenhang auch für West- und Ostdeutschland? Das vorliegende Working Paper untersucht diese Frage auf Basis des Sozio-oekonomischen Panels. Es zeigt sich, dass sowohl intra- als auch intergenerationale Mobilität auf die Gesundheit wirkt.
