Digitalisierung, Automatisierung und Arbeit 4.0: Beschäftigungsperspektiven im norddeutschen Dienstleistungssektor

Abstract

Die Studie analysiert den strukturellen Wandel in der Dienstleistungsbranche, der sich in Folge von Digitalisierung, Automatisierung und Outsourcing in Norddeutschland abzeichnet. Diese Veränderungen werden am Beispiel von fünf ausgewählten Branchen aufgezeigt. Ziel der Branchenanalysen ist es, die Konsequenzen von Digitalisierung, Outsourcing und (De-)Regulierung für Arbeitsmarkt und Beschäftigung konkret deutlich zu machen. Dabei werden die Veränderungen in der Beschäftigungsstruktur, bei Beschäftigungsbedingungen und bei Arbeitsbedingungen in den Vordergrund gestellt. Daraus wird abgeleitet, welche zukünftige Entwicklungen hinsichtlich der Qualifikationsanforderungen und Beschäftigungswirkungen in der Region zu erwarten sind.
