Abstract

Das Working Paper "Promovierte auf dem Weg zur Professur" entstand im Kontext des Projekts "Juniorprofessur". Das Papier fasst die Ergebnisse leitfadengestützter Interviews mit Postdocs, die eine Professur anstreben, über ihre Arbeitssituation, ihre Wege in die Wissenschaft sowie ihre Karriereoptionen und -chancen zusammen und arbeitet Gemeinsamkeiten und Unterschiede im Erleben der jeweiligen Situation zwischen Inhaber(inn)en einer Junioprofessur, Nachwuchsgruppenleiter(inne)n und Postdocs auf wissenschaftlichen Mitarbeiter(inne)nstellen heraus.
