Betriebliche Konsequenzen der Arbeitssucht

Abstract

Das Projekt verfolgt zwei Hauptaufgaben: Erstens wurde eine Erhebung über bestehende Betriebs- bzw. Dienstvereinbarungen zum Umgang mit Suchterkrankungen und zur Gesundheitsförderung durchgeführt und zweitens haben Gespräche mit Experten verschiedener betrieblicher Gruppen an Hand von Leitfadeninterviews stattgefunden. Die Experteninterviews sollten Aufschluss darüber geben, wie die Problematik psychischer Belastungen eingeschätzt wird, welchen Stellenwert die betriebliche Gesundheitsförderung hat und welche Branchen und Berufsgruppen besonders von Arbeitssucht betroffen sind.
