Outplacement: Beratung zur beruflichen Neuorientierung. Informationsbroschüre für Betriebsräte und Betroffene

Abstract

In der Reihe "Manuskripte" (Nr. 221) erschien bereits 1997 ein Vorgänger dieses Beraters unter dem Titel "Outplacement-Beratung". Darin hieß es: Wenn eine Unternehmensleitung Personalabbau ankündigt und durchsetzen will, sind die Betriebsräte gefordert". Daran hat sich bis heute nicht geändert. Geändert haben sich jedoch in erheblichem Maße die gesetzlichen Grundlagen. Die im Sozialgesetzbuch III zusammengefassten Konkretisierungen für die Beratungs- und Unterstützungsaufgaben der Arbeitsämter haben eine Überarbeitung nötig gemacht. Im neuen, hier vorliegenden Ratgeber sind eine Fülle von Tipps und Anregungen erhalten, die neu eingearbeitet wurden. "Outplacement" ist eine Arbeitshilfe, die informativ und handlungsanleitend ist. Sie soll u.a. auch eine Grundlage für Gespräche und Verhandlungen mit Geschäftsleitungen bilden und bei der Auswahl eines für die Betroffenen geeigneten Beraters helfen.
