Abstract

Der Beitrag beruht auf leitfadengestützten Interviews mit Verantwortlichen der Berufsbildung, die von Dr. Hans Wupper-Tewes 1997 in verschiedenen Unternehmen der Stahlindustrie geführt wurden. Auch wenn Interviews mit ausgewählten Gesprächspartnern naturgemäß nicht repräsentativ sein können, wurde ein nicht unerheblicher Teil verantwortlicher Mitarbeiter aus dem Bildungswesen der deutschen Stahlindustrie erreicht. Es wird nicht versucht, die Verhältnisse in der Berufsbildung der Stahlindustrie möglichst genau abzubilden, sondern Einschätzungen von Experten zu gegenwärtigen Entwicklungstendenzen zusammenfassend zu dokumentieren. Darüber hinaus werden in diesem Bericht die Ergebnisse und der Diskussionsstand der vom Fachausschuss 3/96 durchgeführten Tagungen dokumentiert. Beide Tagungen standen unter dem Thema "Nutzen von Aus- und Weiterbildung".
