Abstract

Lebenslanges Lernen und individuelle Beschäftigungsfähigkeit - dies sind die beiden zentralen Ziele der europäischen Beschäftigungsstrategie im Hinblick auf die Bildungs- und Berufsbildungspolitik. Interessant ist, welche Schwerpunkte die EU-Mitgliedstaaten setzen. Besonders deutlich wird das bei den Anstrengungen zur Bekämpfung der Jugendarbeitslosigkeit. Die vorliegende Arbeit stellt die deutsche Akzentsetzung heraus und gibt einen Überblick über die differenzierten Ansätze auf regionaler Ebene und über Aus- und Weiterbildung als Thema von Tarifverträgen und betrieblichen Vereinbarungen
