Gerechtigkeitsansprüche an Erwerbsarbeit: Ein Trendreport

Abstract

Das große alte Thema der Gerechtigkeit erlebt aktuell eine neue Hochkonjunktur. Auch Erwerbsarbeit ist von jeher Gegenstand und Schauplatz von (Un)Gerechtigkeitsempfindungen, Urteilen, Debatten und Konflikten, kurz: von Kämpfen um Gerechtigkeit. Vor dem Hintergrund einer unübersichtlichen Debatte soll dieser Trendreport einen fokussierten Überblick über wichtige Trends der wissenschaftlichen theoretischen wie empirischen - Diskussion im Forschungsfeld "Gerechtigkeitsansprüche an Erwerbsarbeit" bieten. Er führt ein in die Diskussions und Befundlage zur Verteilungs und Verfahrensgerechtigkeit in Erwerbsorganisationen und auf Arbeitsmärkten. Im Fokus steht die Subjekt und Anspruchsperspektive, d.h. die (Un)Gerechtigkeitsempfindungen, Vorstellungen und Ansprüche von ArbeitnehmerInnen. Gerade hier, so wird gezeigt, zeichnen sich interessante Veränderungen der Forschungs und Diskussionslandschaft ab. Schließlich vermittelt auch der Blick auf ältere Forschungslinien wie den der industriesoziologischen "Bewusstseinsforschung" Anregungen für eine weiter zu führende Gerechtigkeitsdebatte.
