Abstract

Die vorliegende Arbeit ist ein Seminarbericht von 1999 der Arbeitsgruppe "Klima, Umwelt und Zukunft" der Stipendiaten der Hans-Böckler-Stiftung. Es wird die Frage aufgeworfen, ob im ökologischen Landbau und den dazugehörigen Vermarktungsstrategien eine Chance für den Klimaschutz und für die in diesem Feld arbeitenden Menschen liegen kann. Die vielen Expertenbeiträge zeigen hoffnungsvolle Perspektiven auf, dass es trotz aller offenen Fragestellungen und Hindernisse richtig ist, dem ökologischen Landbau und dessen sinnvoller Vermarktung zukünftig einen größeren Stellenwert einzuräumen.
