Qualifizierung von Betriebs-, Personalräten und Beschäftigten zur Umsetzung von Ressourceneffizienz in Unternehmen

Abstract

Die Verringerung des Verbrauchs der natürlichen Ressourcen und damit auch eine Verbesserung betrieblicher Ressourceneffizienz ist eine der großen Herausforderungen des 21. Jahrhunderts. Dementsprechend hat die Anzahl einschlägiger Initiativen auf politischer, wissenschaftlicher und betrieblicher Ebene in den letzten Jahren deutlich zugenommen. Auch in den Gewerkschaften wird das Thema zunehmend aufgegriffen, da Ressourceneffizienz langfristig eine hohe Arbeitsplatzrelevanz haben wird. Der DGB und das DGB Bildungswerk untersuchten die praktische Relevanz und Wirkung des Themas mit dem Projekt KoReBB ?Kooperationsprojekt Ressourceneffizienz für Betriebsräte und Beschäftigte?. In diesem Projekt wurden Beschäftigte und Betriebsräte mehr als zwei Jahre zu Ressourceneffizienz und ihrer betrieblicher Relevanz qualifiziert. SUSTAINUM unterstützte das Projekt seit Januar 2010 durch eine projektbegleitende Evaluierung.
