Abstract

Bei der vorliegenden Arbeit handelt es sich um ein für die Hans-Böckler-Stiftung erstelltes Rechtsgutachten. Hier die Hauptpunkte des Inhalts: I. Das Ausgangsproblem im 2. Bildungsweg II. Flexibilisierung der Arbeitszeit am Beispiel der Teilzeitarbeit III. Die selbständige Arbeit IV. Erweiterung des Begriffs der "Nichterwerbstätigkeit"? V. Zuweisung in unterstützten Arbeitsbeschaffungsmaßnehmen VI. Die Verfolgung des Zulassungsanspruches auf dem Rechtsweg VII. Zusammenfassung der Ergebnisse und Fazit
