Abstract

Lebenslanges Lernen und individuelle Beschäftigungsfähigkeit sind seit einiger Zeit zu zentralen Zielen der europäischen Beschäftigungs- und Berufsbildungspolitik geworden. Sie haben die bisher vorherrschenden Ziele der Transparenz und Anerkennung von Qualifikationen und der Sicherung der Freizügigkeit in Europa in den Hintergrund gedrängt. Auf dem Hintergrund des Trends zur Wissensgesellschaft ist damit auch eine Krise des europäischen Modells der Berufsbildung verbunden. [...]
