Zwischen Lehrstühlen und Werkbänken: Aufgaben und Arbeitsweisen von Kooperationsstellen

Abstract

Wissenschaft und Arbeitswelt sind trotz aller Berührungspunkte nach wie vor voneinander unterschiedene gesellschaftliche Felder, deren Akteure nach verschiedenen Regeln und Logiken handeln. Kooperationsstellen sind intermediäre Agenturen, die sich systematisch dazwischen bewegen, um eine Zusammenarbeit zu ermöglichen. Ihre Stärken liegen darin, dass sie auf der lokalen Ebene Potenziale aufspüren, Akteure mobilisieren und Entwicklungsprozesse initiieren. Auf diese Weise wird Wissenschaft auf lokale Kontexte bezogen und die Praxis der Arbeitswelt findet leichter Anschluss an allgemeines Wissen. Im Prozess der Zusammenarbeit, organisiert und moderiert von Kooperationsstellen, entsteht praxistaugliches wissenschaftliches Wissen, das praktische Veränderungen bewirken und zugleich Eingang in den wissenschaftlichen Diskurs finden kann. Die vorliegende Untersuchung arbeitet auf Basis von Interviews in 13 Kooperationsstellen heraus, welchen Stellenwert eine solche Einrichtung an den Schnittstellen von Wissenschaft und Arbeitswelt haben kann, welche Leistungen und Beiträge von ihr zu erwarten sind.
