Qualifizierungsangebote für Betriebsräte: Eine explorative Transparenzstudie

Abstract

Der Weiterbildungsmarkt für Betriebsräte ist in den letzten Jahren in Bewegung geraten. Dies ist zum einen durch gestiegene Anforderungen an die Interessenvertretungen bedingt, zum andern durch gewandelte Motivationen der Betriebsräte selbst, die sich oftmals nicht mehr nur als 'Betriebsrat auf Lebenszeit' verstehen. Sie sind mehr und mehr bestrebt, sowohl in ihrer Rolle als Betriebsrat, wie auch mit Blick auf ihre berufliche Entwicklung ihre Qualifikationen auf dem neuesten Stand zu halten und neue zu erwerben. Dies bedeutet eine neue Herausforderung, aber auch eine große Chance für Bildungsanbieter, sich mit Angeboten zur Betriebsratsqualifizierung auf die gewandelten Anforderungen ihrer Zielgruppe einzustellen.
