"VALID LEONARDO-Projekt" - Bewertung und Anerkennung von Kompetenzen und Qualifikationen. Europäisches Diskussionspapier für die Sozialpartner

Abstract

Dieses "Diskussionspapier" wurde zwischen 1996 und 1998 von Experten aus Organisationen und Institutionen der Sozialpartner in Deutschland, Frankreich, Griechenland und Großbritannien im Rahmen eines LEONARDO-Projekts der Europäischen Union erstellt. Bewertung und Anerkennung von Kompetenz und Qualifikation sind seit Jahren ein Thema der Europäischen Berufsbildungspoltik und des Dialogs der Europäischen Sozialparteien. Die vorliegende Arbeit macht Vorschläge für Aktivitäten der Sozialpartner, die sich auf die Systeme der Zertifizierung, die Klassifizierung und Entlohnung, die betrieblichen Bewertungsverfahren, den Neuen Typ von Weiterbildung und die Entwicklung lernförderlicher Arbeitsorganisation beziehen. Die skizzierten Entwicklungen werden durch Beispiele der Praxis aus Betrieben und Sektoren in Deutschland, Frankreich, Griechenland und Großbritannien illustriert.
