    Mit ihren vier Perspektiven - finanzielle Perspektive, Kundenperspektive, interne Prozeßperspektive sowie Lern- und Entwicklungsperspektive - informiert die Balanced Scorecard in einem ausgewogenen Bild über die aktuelle Zielerreichung und die zukünftigen Erfolgsmöglichkeiten eines Unternehmens. In der Praxis trifft man häufig auch auf eine Stakeholder Scorecard, die sich mit den Anspruchsgruppen von Organisationen beschäftigt und diese als Perspektiven in einer Scorecard berücksichtigt. Der Aufsatz analysiert die Vor- und Nachteile, die mit dem Einsatz der Balanced Scorecard und der Stakeholder Scorecard in der Managementpraxis verbunden sind. -- The balanced scorecard, with four perspectives – financial, customer internal business process, and learning and growth – provides a balanced picture of current operating performance as well as the drivers of future performance. We observe another type of scorecard frequently used in practice: the stakeholder scorecard. It identifies the major constituents of an organisation and considers them as perspectives in a scorecard. The paper analyses advantages and disadvantages of using a balanced scorecard or a stakeholder scorecard in order to successfully manage a company.
