Königsweg Prämie? Verbreitung und Ausgestaltung von Entlohnungskonzepten in der Produktion

Abstract

In der Produktion deutscher Investitionsgüter-Produzenten hat der Zeitlohn den Akkord abgelöst. Für 63 Prozent der Produktionsmitarbeiter gilt mittlerweile diese Lohnform ohne direkten Leistungsbezug. Im Akkord werden lediglich noch 15 Prozent der Produktionsbeschäftigten entlohnt. Der Prämienlohn konnte sich dagegen noch nicht in dem von vielen prognostizierten Ausmaß an Stelle des Akkordlohns etablieren. 22 Prozent mit Prämienlohn vergütete Mitarbeiter stellen gleichwohl einen relevanten Teil der Beschäftigten dar. Und dieser Anteil wird künftig weiter zunehmen...
