Abstract

Die vorliegende Veröffentlichung trägt aktuelle Daten und Erkenntnisse zur Auswirkung der Digitalisierung auf die Arbeitswelt und den Gesundheitszustand von Erwerbstätigen im Freistaat Thüringen zusammen. Die Publikation vermittelt einen exemplarischen Überblick über momentane Entwicklungen, Chancen, Herausforderungen und Handlungsfelder, die im Zuge der Digitalisierung ausgemacht werden. Die Erfassung dieser Daten erfolgte anhand eines Online-Fragebogens in einem Zeitraum vom 01. Juni 2021 bis zum 06. September 2021 durch das Interventionsprojekt 'Digitale Arbeit erfolgreich gesund gestalten'. Wie die Daten dieser Erhebung nahelegen, ist die Digitalisierung in der Erwerbsbevölkerung in Thüringen angekommen und führt in diesem Zusammenhang zu gesundheitlichen Veränderungen.
