Abstract

Dieser wissenschaftliche Beitrag untersucht das Potenzial von Virtual Intermodality an Flughäfen im Kontext aktueller luftfahrtbezogener Herausforderungen. Auf Grundlage einer multiplen Fallstudienanalyse sowie Untersuchungen zur Catchment-Area werden im Ergebnis konkrete Handlungsansätze zur Nutzung des Potenzials von Virtual Intermodality am Beispiel des Flughafen BER dargestellt.
