Lebensmittel-Onlinehandel in Deutschland

Abstract

Der vorliegende Beitrag betrachtet zentrale Aspekte des Lebensmittel-Onlinehandels in Deutschland. Die Entwicklung hin zu einer größeren Vielfalt in der Art und Weise wie Lebensmittel beschafft werden können, ist sehr komplex und unterliegt zahlreichen Trends. Technologischer Fortschritt und demografische Entwicklungen spielen eine Rolle. Hinzu kommt eine Änderung des Lebensstils, da es sich beim Lebensmitteleinkauf beim Einzelhändler um die Ecke um eine habituelle Tätigkeit handelt, die für den Großteil der Erwachsenen in Deutschland schlicht dazu gehört. Auf der Seite der Anbieter sind ebenfalls deutliche Änderungen abzusehen. Mehrkanalansätze sowie das Aufkommen neuer Anbieter, die ausschließlich den Onlinekanal nutzen, sind zu beobachten. Diese Aspekte stellen eine betrachtenswerte Entwicklung dar, auf deren Erfolgspotential und Erfolgsfaktoren im Laufe der Arbeit näher eingegangen wird.
