    Abstract

    Der Wettbewerb im Einzelhandel intensiviert sich aufgrund verschiedener Faktoren - wie neuen Betriebsformaten, der Konsolidierung der Branche und steigenden Ansprüche der Kunden - immer stärker. Diesen Anforderungen soll das Marketing vor allem mit Hilfe innovativer Technologien gerecht werden. Die Loyalität der Kunden kann dabei durch eine persönlichere Ansprache und größeren Komfort gesteigert werden. Im folgenden Beitrag werden bereits praktizierte als auch zukunftsträchtige Innovationen im Einzelhandelsmarketing identifiziert und deren Bedeutung in der Praxis ergründet. --
