Die Türkei als neues Geberland und potenzieller Partner in Dreieckskooperationen

Abstract

Die Türkei hat sich über die vergangenen Jahre hinweg zu einem bedeutenden Geberland in der internationalen Entwicklungszusammenarbeit entwickelt. Dieses Papier erläutert die Ziele und Prinzipien der türkischen Entwicklungszusammenarbeit und analysiert ihre Bedeutung für die türkische Außenpolitik. Genauer betrachtet werden der Umfang der Leistungen und die wichtigsten Akteure der türkischen Entwicklungspolitik, die geographischen und sektoralen Schwerpunkte der Entwicklungszusammenarbeit sowie die vorherrschenden Modalitäten. Schließlich wird die Frage einer möglichen Partnerschaft zwischen der Türkei und Deutschland im Rahmen von Dreieckskooperationen diskutiert.
