Zur prüfungspflichtigen Liquidations-Rechnungslegung der Aktiengesellschaft

Abstract

Der Beitrag befasst sich mit der Liquidations-Rechnungslegung einer Aktiengesellschaft aus der Sicht des Wirtschaftsprüfers. Dargestellt wird auf der Basis vorangegangener Arbeiten zunächst, welche Teile der Liquidations-Rechnungslegung prüfungspflichtig sind. Danach werden als prüfungspflichtige Rechnungen die Eröffnungsbilanz und die Jahresabschlüsse hinsichtlich Ansatz, Bewertung und Ausweis analysiert. Spezieller Aspekt ist jeweils die Prüfung der Bilanzen bzw. Abschlüsse - einschließlich der Erläuterungsberichte, Anhänge und Lageberichte. Deshalb kann das Manuskript als Leitfaden für den Liquidationsprüfer dienen.
