Investointien kohdentuminen Suomessa

Abstract

Tässä selvityksessä tutkitaan investointien kohdentumista Suomessa eri toimi aloille ja vertaillaan Suomen investointien allokaatiota OECD-maiden kehitykseen. Projekti on osa laajempaa selvitystä "Tarjontatekijät, kilpailukyky ja ulkoinen tasapaino", jossa tutkitaan Suomen talouden rakenteellisia ongelmia ja niiden vaikutuksia kilpailukykyyn ja talouden ulkoiseen tasapainoon. Investointien allokaation tutkimisen tavoitteena on selvittää mitkä tekijät ovat pääasiassa vaikuttaneet investointien suuntautumiseen ja ovatko pääomat kohdentuneet talouden ulkoisen tasapainon kannalta optimaalisesti. Ekonometrisessä työssä käytetään lähtökohtana neoklassista ipvestointiteoriaa ja eteenpäin katsovia odotuksia. Aineiston yhteisintegroituvuutta tutkitaan ja investointien allokaatioon vaikuttavia tekijöitä kartoitetaan vektoriautoregressiivisessä kehikossa. Parametrien stabiilisuuteen luotonsäännöstelyn loppumisen jälkeen kiinnitetään erityistä huomiota.
